ERASMUS +

Within the scope of the ERASMUS+ Program, in the 2025/26 academic year, you can apply for travel abroad for partial studies within the framework of UCBS agreements to the following partner universities:

  • Austria, Universitat fur Bodenkultur Wien: 1 place / 1st degree study- German language only at level B2/ 2nd degree study- English language at level B2 or German language at level B2. Duration of semester- 5 months,
  • Czech Republic, Charles University: 4 places: 2 places – first degree studies and 2 places second degree studies /English at B2 level/ Duration of semester- 4 months/.

Our students may also apply for the opportunity to go abroad for partial studies within the UCBS Contributing Faculties, subject to the approval of the UCBS Mobility Coordinator, Adam Tarkowski, PhD (adam.tarkowski@uw.edu.pl) and the Mobility Coordinator at the selected UCBS Contributing Faculty. The UCBS student will then undergo qualification at the selected UCBS Contributing Faculty.

Detailed information (including current announcements and downloadable forms) can be found on the website of the International Relations Office (IRO). Detailed rules and timetable will be provided at a later date, after IRO announces the general rules of student eligibility for the Erasmus+ 2025/26 scholarship.

General information

The structure of the Erasmus+ program includes the following elements:

  • Action 1. Learning Mobility
  • Action 2. Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices
  • Action 3. Support for policy reform
  • Jean Monnet program
  • Sport – thanks to the Erasmus+ program, for the first time in the history of the European Union’s educational programs, sport-related initiatives are supported

Countries participating in the program:

  • 28 European Union member states
  • EFTA/EEA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway
  • EU candidate countries: Turkey, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia

In Poland, the program is managed by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System.

Students under Erasmus+ can apply for a trip:

  • for part of their studies to other countries of the program – for a period from 3 to 12 months
  • for an internship to other countries of the program – for a period from 2 to 12 months

Graduates under Erasmus+ can apply:

  • for an internship to other program countries – for a period of 2 to 12 months
